CFO of Jamaica’s electric utility serving 250,000 customers, with an asset base of $700 million. Managed all financial, risk ,and IT operations of the company.

SUPPORT GREEN AND RENEWABLE ENERGY IN BLACK AND BROWN COMMUNITIES FOUNDER AND CEO: Energy Horizons, LLC
Developed a green energy assistance grant program for Energize Delaware. Program targeted small and micro businesses and small landlords in Black and Brown communities in Delaware. Led research and position paper for the Clinton Foundation on the disproportionate impact of climate change on women in the developing world, and the economic benefits of gender inclusion in the power industry.
Provided community engagement planning for a sustainable water project in Detroit, MI. Advocate for the equitable engagement of Black and Brown women in green energy jobs and investments with Delaware nonprofits including Empower Delaware, the Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce, and Green Building United.
REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT FOUNDER AND CEO: G&J Delaware Homes, LLC
Have grown portfolio of units owned by G& J from one in 2014 to 25 at present, comprising 35 units. Nine properties are located in Wilmington, DE.
Advocate for affordable housing and housing justices issues jointly with Wilmington non-profits. Member of the steering committee for the Wilmington Landlord Engagement Lab.
Experienced general contractor. Provided roofing services to the Wilmington Housing Authority in 2019-2020.
Provide informal counseling to tenants on budgeting, resume writing and purchasing a home.

Johns Hopkins-Nanjing Institute of Sino-American Studies: Fluency in Mandarin required as papers and lectures were in Chinese. Core subjects: Chinese trade/economy/politics/history.
