Kimberly Lovelady
Kimberly Lovelady is an Integrative Medicine, Brainspotting and EMDR Intensives practitioner
who has seen firsthand the toll that stress and burnout takes on an individual. She knows what it
feels like to be at the end of her rope, unable to find any relief from the day-to-day pressures of
work and life. This is why she focuses on helping executive leaders navigate challenges related
to burnout, management effectiveness, trauma, relationship issues, imposter syndrome and
chronic illness.
Kimberly has a Masters degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a
Master’s degree in Public Health from Saint Louis University with a focus on Epidemiology and
Community Health. She is a licensed clinician in Tennessee.
Since Kimberly first started helping people back in 2020, she has helped over 1,000 clients
reduce their anxiety levels by 80% or more! Kimberly’s work with clients has resulted in
increased productivity levels, better relationships at home and in the workplace, improved
health outcomes for people at risk for chronic illness, increased confidence levels for those
struggling with imposter syndrome or who are otherwise under-performing in their careers,
and more.
To date, she has worked with executives from top companies like Cigna, BJC Healthcare,
Tennessee Department of Health, American Heart Association and The Black Women’s Health
Imperative as well as other leaders across various industries including entertainment, retail,
food service and non-profit organizations.
